Iron ore is an important commodity because of population and structure development in developing nations. Iron ore is found in different regions of Pakistan, including Nokundi, Chiniot, Kalabagh, the biggest one (under 42% quality), Haripur, and other northern areas. We have Mined in Baluchistan and Gilgit region, from where the iron ore rate is from 57% to 64%. We can give up to 30000 tons of Iron ore from our mines.
In February 2015, reserves were found in Chiniot, around 160 kilometers northwest of Lahore, by a Chinese company. A senior provincial administrative official told AFP that initial assessments expressed 500 million tons of iron ore had been found. The extracted iron ore had been tried in Swiss and Canadian labs, which effectively discovered 60-65% of it to be high grade.
